1. About these terms
These Terms of Enrolment apply when you register for the Data Analysis Programme run by Elites Tech Solutions LLC ("we", "us"). Other services, such as consulting, staffing and corporate training, are agreed separately in writing with each client, and nothing on this website is an offer or a price. By submitting the registration form you confirm that you have read and agree to them.
2. The programme
- Start date: November 10, 2026.
- Duration: 3 months (12 weeks).
- Schedule: 3 live sessions per week, 1 hour each (36 sessions in total). Session days and times are confirmed by email before the start date.
- Format: online, live on Zoom.
- Content: databases and SQL; Python, Excel and VBA; ETL with Alteryx; Tableau and Power BI; and a capstone project.

We may make reasonable changes to content, schedule, tools or instructors, and we will tell you by email.
3. Registration and your place
Submitting the registration form records your interest and reserves your place for consideration. Your place is confirmed when our team confirms it to you in writing (email is sufficient) and payment arrangements are agreed. We may decline a registration or place you on a waiting list, for example if the programme is full.
After registering you receive a reference number. Please quote it when you contact us.
4. Tuition and payment
Tuition is USD 1,000 for the full programme (or two instalments of USD 500), as shown on the Tuition and Fees page. Payments can be completed securely online via credit/debit card, Mobile Money, or bank transfer through our Online Checkout, or arranged directly with our admissions team. Every payment is issued an official reference number and receipt.
5. Changes, withdrawals and refunds
You can ask to change or cancel your registration at any time by contacting us. Conditions for withdrawal, deferral and refunds are confirmed by our team when your place is confirmed, and form part of your enrolment.
If we need to cancel or reschedule the programme, we will tell you as soon as possible and discuss your options with you.
6. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
- Arrange a suitable computer, a stable internet connection and the Zoom app. We send software setup guidance before the programme starts.
- Treat instructors and other participants respectfully during sessions.
- Do not share your Zoom links, programme materials or any recordings with people who are not enrolled.
7. Materials and intellectual property
Programme materials belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning, but you may not copy, share or sell them without our written permission. Some tools used in the programme are provided by third parties and are subject to their own licence terms.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
The programme is designed to build practical skills. Results depend on many factors, including your own effort, so we cannot guarantee any particular outcome, such as a job, promotion or income.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, or for interruptions outside our reasonable control, such as power or internet outages or disruption of the Zoom service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms shown when your place is confirmed apply to your enrolment.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elites Tech Solutions LLC is registered.
